Software issues
Hi guys,
A few years ago, I purchased your product, specifically the Maschine MK3. I've been using it for years without any problems. However, last week, I noticed that the software was running slowly. Upon checking, I found that the CPU usage was unusually high.
Consequently, I decided to uninstall Maschine 2. However, when I attempted to reinstall it, I couldn't find it on Native Access. Although I can see the serial number on my account on your website, attempting to download it redirects me to Native Access, where I still can't find the software. Could you please assist me with this issue?
