Missing User Instruments in Mainstage

At a bit of a loss. I just set up a new S88 mkII yesterday, and installed the NKS Presets for Omnisphere from Freelance Soundlabs. It shows up under "User" in Komplete Kontrol standalone, as well as in Logic and Pro Tools.

I use Mainstage for live streaming, and for some reason, cannot load user instruments while in Mainstage. They don't show up at all, on the keyboard or in the browser. This is the same for my own pre-saved VSTs that I have saved as User presets. If I didn't create it IN Mainstage, it doesn't show up at all. Any advice? I've already reinstalled . . . .

Do you mean that if you save an instrument in the user section of Komplete Kontrol when in Mainstage, then it will show ?
