Maschine MK3 licence

I've sold a Native Instruments Maschine Mikro Mk3 controller to a buyer on eBay. I requested the Transfer ID for the MASCHINE MIKRO Mk3 HW, which I received and passed on to the buyer. He has successfully registered the hardware, but cannot find the Maschine software being registered as well in the account.

Should there be another licence for this product, and if so, what is it called?

In the list of licences I can see MASCHINE MIKRO MK3 Collection R2 and Maschine 2 Essentials Application for MASCHINE MIKRO MK3, but neither of these is transferable.

I'm not the user of these products, and would greatly appreciate advice on this.
