Remix set does not sync with decks A or B

My hardware is Xone K2 + DM400 SubZero mixer + Kontrol F1 + Komplete Audio 2. External remix mode in Traktor Pro 3 + W10 Core I5 8Th generation. Outputs from the Xone K2 audio card to the DM400 mixer on channels 2 and 3 and, Audio Komplete 2 1 output to channel 4 of the DM400, free channel 1. Control of audio outputs using ASIO4All.

Hello, sorry for my bad English language, I write through a translator. After carefully reading the Traktor manual, visiting many forums, reinstalling Traktor Pro 3 to the latest version, updating the driver and firmware of the Xone K2 and the driver of the Kontrol F1, I cannot get the "remix set" to synchronize with the tracks that play on decks A and B.

I'm desperate, I've tried a multitude of different settings and nothing. I have mapped the Xone K2 with the mapping that Xone offers on their website in case there was something wrong with my mapping, but it hasn't worked either. I don't know what else to do... Before with my S2 MK3 controller and the Kontrol F1 everything was fine, now... everything is wrong.

Please help. Thank you.

Edit: fixed bad format. @Sûlherokhh

    Did you try other tracks?

Does it happen with demo remix kits too?

That track is clearly not analized well for what ever reason. (probably the very first beat is partly missing)

You can nudge the tempo of the remix deck if noting else works.

    Is sync set to "AUTO"?

Yes, I have also tried this programming and it does not sync. To give you an idea, I usually capture loops from the Kontrol F1 on the decks that are playing on decks A or B, and then launch them throughout the session on a channel on the console that I have enabled on the Kontrol F1.

Mapping and firmware should not have affect on tempo sync.

Is it possible for you to create a video of the issue? Perhaps your track decks beat grids are off.

Ok, I attached a video. Consider that without AUTO, that is, only MASTER and internal clock, it does not work either. I hope it helps you. Thank you very much for your help.

THanks for making a vid of the issue. It looks like you are creating loops from the corrupted track.

Hello, it was a coincidence, if you look at the video that is because I activated the auto function for grid synchronization. my folder is perfectly analyzed and this problem happens with dozens of tracks of different styles. Thanks for your help.

That didn't work either, I increasingly think that there is an internal error in the software programming, maybe a patch or an update will solve it or I will end up selling my Kontrol F1...

So it also fails for you with the demo remix tracks?

Hello Lord-Carlos, no, the synchronization between the tracks or loops loaded in the "remix set" works fine, the problem is that Traktor does not synchronize between the tracks that I capture with my Kontrol F1 on decks A or B, with decks A or B. I hope I have explained myself well.

When I used my S2 MK3 + Kontrol F1 controller, everything was fine, now, with my Xone K2 and Kontrol F1, I have never been able to get it to sync.

It is important to consider that the mixing mode with the S2 Mk3 was internal, and the lops triggers of the remix set came out of the master through the S2's sound card, now, all that has changed with my new configuration…

Maybe the Komplete Audio 2 and XoneK2 audio interfaces have different latencies. If that is the case I see two options:

    1. Fit the latency of one interface so that it is equal to the second one.
    2. When using sync, do not use Beat Sync, but Tempo Sync, so that you can adjust the phase of all synced decks (including the remix deck) with the Pitch/Tempo Bend function of Traktor until the audio output of the mixer has both audio interface sources synced by ear.

Hello Sûlherokhh, this latency thing makes a lot of sense, I have tried to match the latencies as you say in ASIO4ALL but the problem persists, I thought about dusting off my old Audio 8 DJ so that both the outputs of the Xone K2 and the Kontrol F1, go through the same sound card with stereo channels and, therefore, the same latency. Let's see if there's any luck... I'll tell you. Thank you.
