How do I see my library in Komplete Kontrol

I used to be able to use all my libraries in Komplete Kontrol, now I get the missing plugin message. These libraries open fine in Kontakt. I have re scanned but they still don't open in Komplete. For information, I'm trying to open 'Feel It' & 'Ignition Keys' in Komplete. Can anyone help?

Also please notice that you expose your email address shown in lower left of Native Access settings when taking screenshots if you do not cut or crop correctly (I removed the email address and re-added the picture.)

I can help. Judging my those screenshots - you are running Native Access 1 - which for all intents and purposes - is now retired.

Uninstall NA1 and get the latest NA 2 (3.10.3) installed. You will most likely find some instant relief.

Fair enough. Must a Mac thing. Windows has a number of extra parameters on that screen.

What is of more interest is - where is KK set to scan your actual "plugins"?

You showed the Libraries tab in your fifth screenshot - but not where KK is trying to scan your plugins.

Scanning the actual Feel It Library - does nothing without that actual plugin being available.

One more screencap of the KK Plugins area would help.

Which exact version or N.A. ? , version of KK ? , which computer type ? and which version of OS ?

Thanks for that - so this error (plugin not loading) - occurs when exactly? When selecting Ignition Keys WITHIN Komplete Kontrol?

If so - this means that Kontakt itself is not even available. Have you tried other Kontakt libraries?

And - which version of Komplete Kontrol are you using. V3.2.1 or v2.9.6?

Update when you can.
