Massive X VST is cuasing Fl studio to not respond when opening

so I've downloaded everything in Komplete 14 collectors edition onto an external hardrive and I'm trying to open Massive X but when I do it gets stuck and Fl Studio doesn't respond which makes me have to close the program but when I open the plugin Massive it works perfectly is there anything I did wrong I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and that didn't fix it.
