Updated Native Access and ALL Products were switched to Demo!

Just like the title says, Native Access ran an update. I then chose to update any updates available, and no, I can't use any of the instruments in K13 Ultimate, and even Maschine 2 says it is in demo mode. I paid for all these products years ago and have loads of unfinished projects I would like to work on but can't.

Did this happen to anyone else? I am waiting for CS to reply, but this has halted my production.

If this happened to you, please share what you did to fix it.

Thank you, Uwe303; opened Native Access to follow the support guide you linked, and everything was suddenly fixed. I don't know what happened; I restarted Native access multiple times and tried re-entering my product keys logged in, as I was already and nothing happened.

It is almost like NA had to sleep on it before granting me access to my products again. Anyhow, I hope I have another 10 years of flawless access.
