The new Update from Native Access causes Problems with Internet Connection?

Maybe, the New Update from Native Access ist making Problems with the Internet Connection. A few days ago, the Software worked without problems. Now: "Can't connect to the internet. Please check your connection settings or disable your VPN."

The workaround with Ports and antivirus Software doesn´t work for me. I´m a musican and not a network IT- Expert. Why cannot this fixed by Native Instruments, or why does they not contact to the Antivirus-Experts (i use norton), so they can proof this program an make it not to an problem.

I´m very angry about that.

    I have the same problem than you and it's impossible to contact support . There is a bug . Now i can use Ni no more. I have just bought Session Bassist - Upright Bass and till know i'can't open NI

    Now i cheked back and uninstalled the new version of Native Access 2, and reinstalled the NAtive Access 1…. and look: it works. Then i installed the new one, and same result: Can´t connect to the internet.

    I think this thing must be fixed.

    Are there any workarounds to get a older version of native access2, a how do i uninstall the ntk daemon?

    sorry to hear that, older installers for native access 2 you can only get from support. As far as I know. Have you both tried all this stuff:

    5 Days later (red eyes, bad mood), and a lot of work and troubleshooting, i ´ve it fixed as a non-IT-Man:

    1. An unsupported VPN Network is being used - DOESN´t WORK
      checked the ROUTER - no several Settings, also no Settings in Norton 360 - 3hours. Wifi-Hotspot over the mobile doesn´t work
    2. Antivirus is blocking Native Access - DOESN´t WORK
      Deinstalled Norton, nothing…. reinstalling Norton, 2 hours.
    3. Change the Connection Source - DOESN´t WORK
      I´ve no Ethernet to my main Computer, so i setted up a notebook with win11, same bug - "Can't connect to the internet." - a virgin System, no antivirus, firewall exeption… 6 hours…
    4. Delete files with the extension "iso" or "aria" - DOESN´t WORK
      on the whole Systems (main computer and notebook) there are not such files… 2 hours
    5. Enable Port 80 and 443 in the Firewall Settings - DOESN´t WORK
      without Norton Firewall and Windows Standard Firewall, Ports checked and opened —- same BUG - 3 hours
    6. Change the DNS server address - WWWOOOORRRRKKKSSSS
      Rough cursing about this BUGGGGGGGY Software i tried the last one. Hard to find the Properties… but at least it WORKS.
      CONCLUSIO:
      Why the hell, is the easiest Way in Point 6 not described in Point 1? Why have any other Licencing Software (Ujam, Steinberg, Waves, etc) not problem with CONNECTIONs and only this buggy Native.

    I hope i get some subsitute or goodies from Native for this worrying 5 DAYS !!!! It´s not OK, being a CREATIVE and had to make NETWORK technikal STUFF !!!!
