The serial number for MK2 has already been used I need support/help

There is no way I can contact a support team or make a ticket to get in contact with anyone about this issue. I've purchased what came to be a new Maschine MK2 from Goodwill auction, everything came in mint condition only that the previous owner had used the serial number? Help!?!?
