Only midi channel 1 on Knif and Oberhausen?

    It does look that way yes. It does seem an odd design decision I have to admit!

    Thanks for your reply mykejb. I really think that NI has dropped the ball here. Actually with all their synths it is chaos. Often the place to change the midi channel is "hidden" and it requires you to push several buttons (if you know which ones) to get to the right place. Some are set to Omni, others are set to 1 and now they promote synths that have fixed midi channel 1. I'm getting the impression that NI just leaves the various designers do their thing without much supervision as to streamlining things for the user. Obviously, choosing the midi channel and various other fundamental choices one usually makes should be the same, with the same capabilities in all of their instruments.
