Can’t install most library files since Version 3.10.3, mac m1

I got Komplete a few days ago and still lot to install, I would appreciate some help.

The files get downloaded, I even get the message that it was installed but then nothing, and Access shows ‘install’ again. I still have 150GB free on the install drive.

Tried deleting the ‘shared\Native Instruments’ folder, no luck so far.

Ok, giving full disk access manually did the trick.
