Hi,

I just downloaded Kontakt, Kontakt 7 and Controller Editor. There are no sounds installed and there is nothing available at Native Access. Basically I have these empty shells of a software and I don't know where to go to get the content.

Thanks,

Barry

You need to be either be more specific or use screenshots to illustrate , what do you mean "Basically I have these empty shells of a software" ?

Same goes for the "there is nothing available at Native Access"

You also wrote both "I just downloaded Kontakt, Kontakt 7 and Controller Editor." , which means that there in fact is something in Native Access or else could you have downloaded the Kontakt 7 ?

Also you wrote : "At some point I was able to install the instrument group Hypha, but I haven't been able to get it to do anything. " , which tells that there is a misunderstanding of the very basic here. You are not supposed to be able "to do" anything with Hypha in Native Access other than install it. To actually use Hypha then you need to open Kontakt 7 or the Komplete Kontrol app and then open Hypha presets from there. I just looked it over and the introduction to Komplete Start is really poor and N.I. needs to do a lot better on that part. There is a video : How to Use Native Access for KOMPLETE START , which is not really about the use of Komplete Start but more about how to install and such.

As for your problems where you claim that "empty shells of a software and I don't know where to go to get the content" then it is hard to really get the facts straight since there is no screenshot of your Native Access library.

But if content is missing in Native Access then please exit Native Access and try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access , the reboot computer and see if that helped.
