location reset for Exponential Audio

The iLok location reset request for Nimbus and R4 (Expo.Audio), which I submitted last November, has still not been approved. Who can I ask why it has not yet been granted? iZotope's e-mail support seems to be canceled.

    For iLok reset then depending on used iLok License Manager version you can submit the request from within iLok License Manager or have to use the software publisher’s support channels to contact the publisher directly and request the reset.

    If you, as in your case, need to contact iZotope then you will have to use the support interface and make the correct selections/choice (click forth and if needed back)(you can use up arrow to the right to go back) to be let through to the point of gathering info/describe problem at which stage you describe the issue in one go and enter and that is the opening of the ticket !
