ABOUT A SURVEY
A few months ago, the research team expressed interest in conducting a survey and mentioned that a gift would be given in return. We had the interview, but no one contacted me afterward. After I posted about it here, they reached out to me, saying I needed to choose my gift. I made my selection, but unfortunately, there was no follow-up. They've changed my perception of the brand negatively by not following through on their promises. I no longer care about the gift they might give. Frankly, I don't need it, and I can purchase it myself if necessary. My issue is with a company not standing behind its promises. @serenato As we've written in private, we're going to check what happened here, it's definitely not how we would like things to go. Really sorry, I thought this had been taken care of already, I would feel the same way, let us know in private if we can find a way to settle this.

N.I. can have mishaps but I am sure that they will always do their best to treat you fair if you help them to help you. And part of this is also that if you do not receive the followup then contact N.I. and tell them so rather than just sit and act offended !
Let me be very clear here ! You have done nothing wrong , and the mishap is N.I.'s to own up to , and N.I. is to blame here , but mishaps do happen or some people are overloaded with stuff and forget. And it's entirely possible that someone working at N.I. is not diligent enough when it comes to taking care of their responsibilities but that's an expression only of the individual's work not about the attitude of N.I. as a whole. If you do not get what is promised at all then that would be N.I. !
I am sure that Jeremy_NI or someone else will make sure that you do get what you have been promised !

There was a misunderstanding, @Jeremy_NI and @Matt_NI quickly resolved it. I'm satisfied with the outcome. What's even more satisfying is that my trust in Native Instruments has now increased even more. Thank you so much!
