light guide with k7

hi all.

i want to buy a NI keyboard but just wondering if the light guide works with K7 and if you have to have the plugin open (in logic) for it to show the colours?

    @apricotandpearjam Yes the light guide works with the Kontakt 7 and with the Komplete Kontrol plug-ins inside of Logic. Yes you need to have the Kontakt 7 or Komplete Kontrol plugin open in Logic If you're. on Sonoma, there is a known bug when the keyboard is used in conjunction with Logic and Kontakt 7 that leads to a crash. The fix should come from Apple and unfortunately they did not communicate an ETA for a fix yet. In the meantime you can still use the Komplete Kontrol plug-in instead.
