I can't get Native access to work.
The NNI support team hasn't responded to anything I've sent. Obviously very poor support. Can anyone out there suggest a solution. I either get a message I can't ;go in or I get a spinning prompt?

Did you get an email confirmation that your ticket was opened ? If so then after receiving email confirmation then please allow support up to a week to answer and if they do not respond within a week then politely update your ticket to let support know that you are still waiting for a response ! Also N.I. support do not work in the weekend !
Can anyone out there suggest a solution.
Did you do the most simple of N.I. (must do if using) Mac things ? : Giving full disk access to ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon (maybe including when installing ?)(I am not on Mac so don't know)

Also , if you do still not have the NTKDaemon then try installing it using the procedure from "Additional Steps" found here : Native Access Freezes on “Installing Dependencies“ at Startup
