Native Access 3.9.1 version Problem

There are two problems.

The first one after updating Native access, missing the available product and some of the installed products and showing some of the plugins with Demo , whether problem from bundle collectors edition 14 or from the native access software.

I also tried the native access 3.8.0 version one also not worked.

The second problem after updating native access is that when downloading any software or from plugins, there are showing installation failed, and after changing preferences settings also not installed.

Hi @Raffi Balian I believe those two issues have been fixed already in the latest version of Native Access: https://community.native-instruments.com/discussion/4823/ Sorry for the trouble
