Urgent help needed to access izotope portal

I recently bought a new mac - updated to sonoma from 2012 mac min for pre production of my debut album.

All my passwords were saved on my previous computer.

I am trying for days to get izotop to send me a new password link however nothing is coming. L izotope are sending me other emails for product advertising. So receiving mail from the company is not an issue. Checking junk every day also.

Sent email to support - got email back to say I can no longer email support - so went the only other route and logged a call back for help via the help page .

Can someone please help me to access my account to enable me to install all my plug ins on my new computer. Need to access Neutron elements 3 and Ozone. There is more in there also. But these are the ones I was using on a current song.
Look forward to some resolve.

What credentials does an izotope password need ? Eg one capital letter .. 1 mark for eg /!(:.. and two numbers and over 6 charecters ? .
