Native Access 2 with Cakewalk DAW issue

Hello,

Does anyone out there have any issues as below? if you have, please help!

Since I installed the Native Access 2 on my computer my Cakewalk DAW doesn't function as normal for the Native Instrument. The sounds will mute after recording and playback. I still can hear but dull and low sound. I have tried reinstalling both programs a few times but they are still the same. I talked to Cakewalk and they still haven't found the solution yet.

    Hi @Zchang Native Access is an app for downloading and activating products. It should not have any impact on Cakewalk's performance. I'm guessing you're referring to Kontakt here? If so, can you check the volume level is these areas?
