BX-crispy tuner and Bx-oberhausen

I just upgraded to Komplete Standard for KSelect, are BX-crispy tuner and Bx-oberhausen included in the upgrade, I see them included in the Native Instrument documentation. When I download my products from Plugin Alliance Bundle for KOMPLETE 14 STANDARD they are not included.

    have you entered the serial number on the plugin alliance website. You can find it under the "my products page" in your account.

    The only place I see where I can place the serial number on the alliance web page is Redeem Voucher pane and it did not redeem the products I tried to re-download them again
