sound preview issue with Komplete S88

Hi,

Since a few days in Komplete Kontrol with Kontrol S88 when I create an instrument everiyhing works properly except I can't hear anymore the preview of the sounds in the browser before loading them as I could before. Can you help me fix this issue. Same pb also in the Komplete Kontrol standalone app. All my products are up to date. Thanks in advance. Fabrice

What do you mean by 'when I create an instrument? Are you meaning creating a new patch? Previews work for NI Factory content and NKS partner content, but not for patches you create yourself unless you also create the preview yourself

Hi,

Actually I work with Cubase and in my DAW I create a new track (which is not audio of course but a new VST instrument). I select Komplete Kontrol and once it's done I choose the instrument I need in my project. My Kontrol S88 is connected and I get a list on my S88 screen. The pb is that I can't hear anymore any preview of the sounds which are on the list.

Did you do something basic like check the assigned drivers to all the apps ? and check Windows mixer and other audio settings ?

Also check volume setting in KK :

The other consideration - have you downloaded the legacy previews from Native Access?
