Where is the cue point metadata stored for the Stems format?

If I set up cues on Traktor on my iMac for e.g ALAC files, them copy the files over to my laptop, the cues are all there.

If I try this with the stems format, it'd like it analyses all over again and there are no cues.

It's having the big 27" 5K display for prepping stuff prior to moving to the tiny laptop screen.
