KK 3.2.1 was on a KK MK2. Subsequently it was crashing my Cubase as well. I don't have any experience on wether or not it crashes with a MK3 keyboard. The rollback to an earlier version solved my problems.

Updated Komplete Kontrol v3.3.2 also crashes REAPER 6 and 7.
