Random input values / Komplete 6 - how to fix it?

Hello there!

I m reaching out you guys in order to find a solution for a problem that won t leave my workflow...

I m using a Komplete 6 interface for a desktop setup, a synth paired with two chained effect pedals which end in the Line in 1 & 2 of the Komplete 6. Everything works fine excepting for some random input i got constantly on both line 1-2, even if everything is shutted down, no power going through the pedals or so. I tried to change cables, ports, everything...but i truly can t understand what could be the problem. If i attach the headphones to the interface, i receive a loud pop related to that random input.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried to plug the soundcard to another USB slot of your computer? What about input 3 and 4? Have you tried the soundcard on another computer?
