Putting kontakt instruments on Maschine+ - How to map CC and Macros to Encoders

Hi! I've succeeded in creating some patches from my non-Native Access Kontakt instruments by saving with samples and getting them to work on Maschine+. So far, so good.

However, the instrument then has 16 pages of 'N/A' Rotary Encoder Macros so none of the parameters can be controlled.

How would one go about mapping parameters to Maschine Rotary encoders? Patches for Massive, FM8 and Reaktor seem to map automatically, or at least interpret some information from the patches to do so.
