S2 MK3 - Reverb FX somewhat noisy?

Just got a Traktor Kontrol S2 MK3 and when activating the Reverb fx it seems that there is this somewhat high pitched noise that gradually sets in when turning the knob to the right. The reverb effect is there as well, but with this "noise" as well.

I'm unsure if this is simply a part of the effect (intended). For example when the naturally high pitched elements of the music (e.g hi-hats, etc.) gets reverb'ed it simply sounds like that.

Anyone knows about this?

    Hello,

as far as I can see in the manual (I don't own that controller and I use the other FX fornreverb and stuff and only use the filter from the mixer fx) the mixer FX are always contain a filter, so with the reverb, if you turn the knob to the right you also apply a high pass, that could explain it. And of course a reverb on it's own can have that effect too - so maybe with the filter it even gets more prominent. If you really want to have more control use the send fx maybe with an additional controller like a behringer x touch mini additionally in the future.

The Reverb FX is very strong :/

If I use it I only use it to 1 O'Clock . Sometimes I leave it there and just tab it on and off for a short bit.
