? , Native Access is not a plugin ! , Native Access are used to Download , install and update e.g. the apps that comes as both standalone and as plugins , apps like Komplete Kontrol and Kontakt 7

On the subject of Komplete Kontrol then please notice that if you previously used an old version of KK and are updating Kk beyond Komplete Kontrol 2.9.6 (Last VST2 supported version) then that will probably remove the VST2 version of KK and you will be left with only KK VST3 version , which could give problems for existing DAW projects (I don't know).

In case of DAW problems recognizing plugins then you could try doing a forced plugin rescan ? :

And How to reset Live , please notice that I have no idea if you could loose some settings , projects or data by doing this so please backup accordingly prior to using any reset !
