Unable to download ("download failed" message)

Whenever I open Native Access 2 to download everything, it freezes and a "download failed" message pops up. It worked on my computer before.

I've reinstalled the operating system several times, but it didn't help. I've also deleted the downloads folder, but that didn't help either. The paths are initialized. Please help.

    You didn't say what OS that you use but I will go with Windows 11 that is written on your profile !

    If you have quote : "reinstalled the operating system several times, but it didn't help." then I can not see how anything that I could possibly suggest could help you as the only thing left is network problems , NI server problems or account problems !

    So personally all I can suggest is that you ask N.I. Native Access & Installation Support for help diagnosing what is your problem !

    Please allow support up to a week to answer and if they do not respond within a week then politely update your ticket to let support know that you are still waiting for a response !

    If you're on a Mac, the solution is easy (though I hope it gets fixed properly):

    Go to "Settings" in your Mac, click on your Apple ID account, then go to iCloud, and disable "Private Relay"

    Reboot your Mac, open Native Access and install and/or update your products.

    You can reactivate "Private Relay", but whenever you need to install something in Native Access you will have disable "Private Relay" again. Not an optimal way of working, but it solves the issue.

    @Ed M but that assumes you use icloud. I was given that Private Relay thing as a "case closed" fix and I didn't have a clue what it meant or what its relationship was to icloud as Ive never used it. .
