Can Kontrol s61 mk3 control non-NI plugins?

Hi...

I just purchased the s61 and I need to know if this is going to work with my plugins that are not at all Native Instruments related...

How do you create templates for non-NI plugins? ie Spectrasonics, MusicLab, and instruments found within Presonus Studio One professional v6.5?

Hi yes you can, check out the very active NKS User Library thread and links in it to user made NKS templates and patches

There is also extensive information about NKS creation and also many libraries for third party plugins, for a reasonable fee, here

The only exception is DAW included plugins as they can’t be hosted by Komplete Kontrol such as those for Presonus Studio One instruments and effects, so you are stuck with using MIDI CC to control them

Hi. Thank you. I did check out your NKS user library but there were no VSTs that I use in there.

I am primarily interested in the Spectrasonics ones but I will have a crack at those myself I think.

For the ones that I am stuck with Midi CC to control, do you know if it is possible to save those as templates that can then be recalled later?
