Hello everyone,

I have a big problem (Traktor Kontrol S 3 with Traktor pro 3):

When I drag titles into the player, it takes about 20 to 30 seconds. The whole programme stops. It seems as if it would crash. However, this does not happen. Nativ support was also unable to help me. Do you have any experience as to why the titles take so long to load? I am using an external hard drive. I have already tried USB C and alternatively USB 3.0. No difference. 

I appreciate any advice!
