Have you changed the download/content locations from the default? If you have try resetting them with the "Restore Defaults" button at the bottom of the locations page in Preferences.

When did you put in the support ticket?

If you are on Mac then more Mac users have experienced diverse problems after upgrading to the newest version of Native Access (V.3.9.0) but if upgrading has given any Windows users problems then it is new to me, I am using V. 3.9.0 on Windows and have not experienced any problems so far. You didn't tell the OS used but judging from the icons then you appear to be on Windows , also supported by your profile info !

If you are sure to have the required administrative access privileges and have enough drive space , both temporary on system drive and on download location and on Content location, then immediately all that I could suggest would be to try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access , you could also try resetting the individual product XML : '3. You have corrupted XML files' in the My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access .

If neither of that works then I would try to revert to an earlier version of Native Access (I myself got the V.3.8.0 for PC) but I do not think that I would get popular with 'management' if starting to privately upload and share files on my own !

Thanks for the reply. I was a bit peeved at the moment. Yes, Win10 pro. Support ticket just previous to my orig post, but have had others a month ago that went unanswered for a bit.

Just tried running NA as admin. Same result.

I really don't want all the content on my c drive.

Tried the restore default file locations button, but it didn't do anything.

    Going to try uninstall/ reinstall.
