Redirecting Kontakt 7 to new library path not working.

I just installed a 16TB Accelsior 4WT drive to my 2019 Mac Pro because my main drive was running out of space fast due to a 4TB sample library folder, and some issues within Logic.

I've copied my sample libraries folder over to the new drive and wanted a quick way to batch re-direct all Kontakt libraries to this new drive. That didn't seem possible, so I changed the name on the original desktop folder to break the chain so I could try again.

This time 'relocate all' on Native Access saw some, but not all of the libraries that needed a new path giving, and I directed them to the new drive and selected the new folder. For some reason none of the libraries connected to this folder and a red exclamation point appeared after every one.

Does anybody know what the issue could be ?

Thanks.

What folder have you selected in your installation paths in Native Access? Can you share screenshots from Native Access preferences, File Management?

Hi - I directed everything to where I placed the copy of the original folder - on the new drive. I can make it work if it do it with individual libraries, but if I want to use the 'relocate all' option then it doesn't work.

The screenshot you asked for is attached.

Thanks for the additional info. The relocate all is a bit tricky, since if one product is missing, the whole thing is cancelled. Unfortunately there's no way around it at the present time.
