Hi all !

Anyone having this issue too ?

I never got "Berlin Concert Grand", "New York Concert Grand", "Vienna Concert Grand", "Upright Piano" and "Abbey Road 60s Drums".

They all appear as version 0.0.0 and w/ backdrop/pic in Native Access v3.8.1 latest build.

No release notes or any more other info about these libraries and no way to delete these entries at all Instead there´s the [LOCATE] button shown in Native Access.

NI Komplete 12 Ultimate Collectors Edition, Windows 10 Pro x64.

So, how to et rid of this irritating issue? I cannot find ANY files related to these libraries on my machine.

thx in advance

😊

All these products are pretty old and thus can no longer be downloaded directly via Native Access.

Provided that you own licenses for them, you can download the 'Concert Grands' and 'Piano' files from below, put them where you want and locate them in Native Access:

'Abbey Road 60s Drums' was eventually replaced by 'Abbey Road 60s Drummer'.

If you think there's an error somewhere, please consider contacting NI's Account Support.

You most likely have the "Show Legacy Libraries" slider set to On in Preferences.

Turn that off and all of these oldies should disappear from the NA listings.

Well,- as I said above,- I never ever owned these libraries at all and they didn´t show up in any previous version of Native Access and even I had/have "show legacy libraries" set to ON in preferences.

I need it to be "On" because I have the "Old" Acoustic Piano" and "Electric Piano" libraries installed and activated,- and there are still a few others waiting for.

"Show Legacy Libraries" isn´t a bad feature.

It´s just only insane NA shows libraries never been registered to my acount,- "legacy" or not.

And what for and how should I LOCATE these libraries ?

The "white" (old) Native Access onmy Win 7 machine shows not installed legacy libraries too,- but in that case, these are libraries being registered to my account and NOT something else I´ve never owned and never installed before.

And yes, it might be a case for NI Account support.

"I need it to be "On" because I have the "Old" Acoustic Piano" and "Electric Piano" libraries installed and activated,- and there are still a few others waiting for."

Understood - I tested this here and I too see a bunch of old weird libraries that I never owned either.

In your case - all those old piano libraries I believe are related (jn some way) to the newer more recent libraries (The Grandeur etc) and I too own the Abbey Road Drums collection and saw that old "Abbey Road 60s Drums" appear here recently (after messing around with that Legacy slider).

Also I didn't say it's a bad feature - but if it's ON - you may have to just put up with these things appearing.

And really - who cares - we all should just get into NA - do our thing and get out.

I do not care what NA wants to display as long as what I do need working - is working.
