Buying Kontrol X1 but already bought Traktor Pro 3

Hi all,

New here today so apologies if this information is readily available on NI's site. I looked around but could not find an answer.

I am totally new to NI and Traktor. I bought Traktor Pro 3 a week ago and I'm learning to use it. I now realize I want to buy the Kontrol X1 as well. It seems the X1 comes with Pro 3 for free. Is it possible to get a refund on the Pro 3 purchase or somehow otherwise take advantage of the fact that Pro 3 is bundled with the X1?

You'll need to talk to sales support for that - Purchase & Account – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com). Normally there's a "no refund" policy, but they sometimes vary that.

If you can't get a refund you could always sell the TP3 licence you bought on eBay or in the buy/sell thread on here Buy / Sell / Trade - Page 62 — Community (native-instruments.com)
