Can find My ''Jacob Collier Audience Choir in Native Access ((i have windows 11))
I just got Jacob Collier's Audience Choir, but i cant find it. In ''/my-products-serials-downloads/'' i can see the sereal number, i can copy it to native access, and it loads, but it immediately dissapears, and cant download it, I have tried it 3 times, and it still wont work. Why does this happen??

From your screenshot my guess is that have not read the account interface properly. Are you sure that it does not say "Registered Products" above listed products ? If the product is already registered to your account then you can not register it again. Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS. Then check in Native access to the left if it says New or if the product is on the list of Available at upper part of Native Access !
If you are sure that the Jacob Collier's Audience Choir is on the Not registered list then I will suggest something basic like updating the Native Access to latest version of Native Access for your OS. If you are already using latest version of Native Access then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access . If that does not help either then try re-installing Native Access . If still no luck then please contact Native Access support !

When I got the JC Choir I didn't need to register it using the serial, it just appeared in Native Access. It took a while before it appeared, think I ended up closing NA and doing something else for a while. It's probably there by now, either in a "New" section on the left or the "Not Installed" section at the top. If it's not, check that the version of Native Access you're on is 3.8.1

Same issue, have it registered and working on my main PC but doesn't show up in Native Access on my laptop. Tried re-registering it with serial number on laptop, comes up with a success message and then disappears instantly.

Are you using the same NI account on your laptop? If you are you don't need to register it again as it should appear in the "Available" section of Native Access.
Are you sure your version of Native Access is up to date on the laptop?
