I have an AMD Ryzen 7, 7000 Series laptop with 16GBRAM and Windows 11 and when I try to perform any action within the programme, it closes unexpectedly with the message I add:

I don't know where to send the log file. Can anyone help me?

    Contact support by going through the multiple choice contact form:

    If none of the choices really fit the problem, right at the end of the questionaire there is free field for a text message that you can write.

    Support doesn't work on weekends, don't know about friday, so don't fret if it takes a few days for someone to answer your support request.

    Thank you, you have been very kind. I hope you will give me a solution as soon as possible. The last time I opened a ticket, they took 2 weeks to respond.... :((
