why my products are not appearing?

i recently redeem the new j.c. plugin but its not appearing, i clicked refresh a few times at this point and is still not appearing. i had the same problem with kompete start a few months ago but after a week they magicly appear out of nowhere. does someone know how to fix this?

    Something similar happened with Irish Harp and people from NI just asked to be patient. In that case they invoked the concomitant Summer of Sale period, but I guess it’s the same situation now.

    In that case, some users saw it appearing after some hours, some the day after.

    Just wait, I guess
