Shout out to Sweetwater for Warranty Repair Service S88mk3

Long time Sweetwater customer in U.S., and just wanted to shout out to staff, where I've bought all my N.I. stuff this century.

My S88 mk3 and S61 mk3 arrived recently. Finally unboxed this past weekend. The S88 had skritchy issue with the mod wheel, which is something I've had with other synths from time to time with Fatar modules. Basically, the potentiometer wheel on bottom when rotated "catches" on loose cable making a 'skritch' sound and not buttery smooth. Super annoying as a player vs noodler/poker. With many synths with flip-top cases above keyboard, kinda simple fix, really, but didn't want to take this thing apart.

Would be nice to see a "right to repair" document for the S series, in any case. Not complaint just some feedback for those, like me, planning to keep it until it dies.

Shipping back to Sweetwater for repair since they add a year to the N.I. warranty, which is awesome. Not cheap to ship this puppy (44.17 lbs when double boxed), but better than not working right.

Sweetwater has always been great resource when a repair going back to my old Kurzweils "last century." :)
