Does this happen also with the Guitar Rig 6 and 7 as stand-alone app ? or only in the Logic Pro DAW ?

I am not sure about this at all , and please backup your Mac using TimeMachine or what it is called before trying this so you can go back , but you could try to run the AppCleaner to see if that makes any difference !

    P.S.

I think that Guitar Rig 6 is not compatible with macOS 14 Sonoma ! (Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS)

I already recorded many songs with Guitar Rig 5 and I can't erase all Guitar Rig to start from scratch.. can't take the risk to lose all settings.. Especially that all is working fine with the 5.

The problem appeared when I installed version 6. I erase all Guitar Rig Pro 6 before installing the new 7 but same issue.

Seems OK on Standalone.. Think its a compatibilty problem with Logic Pro 😥

@OTC Are you using Logic is Rosetta mode? To use Guitar RIg 5 you should. Does Logic crash in Rosetta and in native mode?

Do Guitar rIg 6 & 7 and Logic all have full disk access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

@Jeremy_NI , Yes I use Logic with Rosetta, I checked the box when I noticed the crash.

No problem with Guitar Rig 5 with or without Rosetta mode.

And yes I allowed full disk access.. But crashes is totally shuffle, no particular reason or settings.. 🙁
