Z2 + Traktor scratch pro 2 timecode issue

Hi all.

I've had a look through the forum and cant find the question im looking to ask.

I have been using Traktor scratch pro 2 with my Z2 for a couple of years now.. Its been out of commission for a couple of months, so i thought id set it all back up last night.

I've loaded it all up and I'm not seeing the timecode vinyl section on the software. Its greyed out. When i go into preferences and onto the timecode tab. It says calculating and does not complete.

I recently updated my IOS to Big Sur. Could this be the issue and is there a work around to get it running again please?

Any help is greatly received.

you must have the switch input to "phono"( if using Turntables) and/or "line" (CDs DVS) , and btw macOS 11 Big Sur is only compatible with traktor 3.4 and up

Make sure Traktor has access to the microphone.

The mic was already activated for traktor.

I turned it off and on again but still the same outcome as opening post.

Any ideas what I could try next please.
