Hi,

I've tried to reach customer support but I can't find a link to opening a ticket or an email address. So this is a new attempt through the community forum...
My serial number doesn't seem to work . I'm sure i had Ozone activated on my computer. But since izotope was taken over by NI (I believe), no matter how i try, the serial won't work.
I've tried serial in native access, which, I assume, should work but no luck.

    If you've bought and activated Ozone activated before it merged with NI it should still be in your iZotope account rather than your Native Instruments account. Have you tried installing/activating using the iZotope product portal?
