I mean, both Mac and PC are very good for music software as long as you have a very good processor.

Intel i5 is a good example, but the better processor, the better and faster making of the music is.

Here is the link about the best CPU's for Maschine.

Maschine software, Maschine MK3 or Maschine+?

Without knowing any specifics, I'll give you some generic advice.

The best PC for Maschine is the one you can afford.

The best PC for Maschine MK3 is the one you can afford.

    You don't need a PC for Maschine+.

At the end of the day it depends on what you consider makes a computer the best.

The smallest, largest, lightest, most portable, fastest, cheapest, most power efficient?

The Oak Ridge National Laboratory has a computer that costs roughly $600 million dollars, on the flip side, you can pick up an Intel Gemini PC for $100 on Amazon.

Look at what makes a computer the "best" to you and buy the "best" that you can afford.
