Kontrol S88 White Screen Error

I got this multiple times. The white screen error...But before I got the error there were multiple tries by me to update the firmware. After about 5 or 6 tries the keyboard gave me a White Screen on bootup. I tried the turning on and off with the 3 seconds in between...But that never worked for me.......I was able to recover the keyboard by doing the following......Also I believe NI should update their instructions for The users using Windows.....I believe if i had followed the article to update the drivers through Control Panel.......This would have been a lot easier....

So while the keyboard was still booting only into the White Screen.....I used a USB C cable with a USB Charger to power the device and a USB -C to USB-A to connect to the computer. Doing this on Windows did not work, but when i connected to my MAC, the update was still able to connect to the device and it appeared to be running...Then suddenly the device flashed a couple of times and I was back in business. WHew....I was concenred as I just got this device yesterday and have had it less than 24 hours....
