I purchased the ARTURIA V COLLECTION through the NATIVE INSTRUMENTS website. It has been two days since i haven't received any download links or license from them, although the purchase offers instant downloads. I tried to contact their support multiple times and got no response. Plus, they took the money from my account before the order confirmation and i can't even request a refund. Can someone please help me?
