Native Access wont let me log in

Hi Guys whats up?

I got myself a new pair of speakers by adam audio and wanted to start djying again so i wanted to reinstall traktor on my new notebook but for some reason when i try to log in it says the following : Unable to log in. Please restart your computer and try again. If the problem persists, please contact support. I dont know what to do it kinda pisses me off...

Does anyone have any tips?

Are you using latest version of native access? (As of now, native access 1 will not auto update to native access 2 https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/)

And I assume you tried to restart?
