Can the headphone volume be turned up on Traktor S3

Hi there,

I've seen that other customers have asked this back in 2022. It's now Jan 2024 and I bought this late last year and have only just started using it properly.

It's really hard to hear the pre cue track because of this low volume.....the compromise is turning the gain right up on that channel but then when I bring that track up, I have to remember to bring the gain down so as not to blast out all the dancer's ears - it's not cool that this is the case. Hoping I've missed something.
