Waiting for shipment since 14 days, support ignores my inquiries

I ordered an S61 MK3 on the 15th Jan, and I've been waiting for NI to ship the product since then. I've contacted order support twice (4208510, 4206198), and they confirmed that the requests have been received. Still, there is radio silence.

According to their website, the product ships in 1 to 2 days.

NI - what's going on?
