S61 MK3 Keyboard running lights not on

The lights cycle when I boot up, but no longer appear during use.

Is there a software or hardware setting that may be available to turn them off and on?

    Yes - in hardware settings you can do this on the device itself.

    Also, can you describe your use? Are you connected to Kontakt 7? To Komplete Kontrol 3? Or to something else?
