Bought Kontakt twice

I bought Kontakt 7 Crossgrade during the sales last October(ish) and tried to download it in Native Access. Didn’t work. I did some research and was led to believe that Crossgrade was an upgrade to be applied to the full version of Kontakt, so I bought the full version yesterday. Turns out now I have Kontakt 7 twice???? I haven’t registered the Kontakt 7 Bundle I bought yesterday and have 14 days to get a refund but there isn’t a working phone number so I’ve made a ticket and I expect a refund within the next 2 weeks. A lack of succinct product information and confusing branding led to this error, and customers shouldn’t be able to buy something TWICE. I expect a refund immediately for the Kontakt 7 Bundle I bought yesterday
