Re: Windows 10 or 11? What's your graphic card?
Windows 11, NVIDIA T500, i7-1165G7, Memory 40GB
Also Cubase 13.0.21 and KK 3.1.1 - crashes when opening KK
All fine on Cubase 12.0.7 and KK 3.1.0

We have spent all day trying to reproduce the issue on the same setup, and cannot do so.
Nothing is crashing.
That doesn't mean it's not a real issue - clearly it's affecting multiple people here, but we're not yet able to track it down.
What would help enormously, is if any of you were willing and able to share:
- Crash report logs
- A Cubase session in which the crash is happening (with details on which instance may trigger the crash)
Please PM me if you'd like, with those.

Attaching
1) a detailed description/screen shots of the C13 and C12 sessions using the NVIDIA T500. C12 OK, but C13 crashes.
2) a detailed description of the C13 session with NVIDIA T500 turned off. C13 works, but slow to start up and probably leaves less resources for a more complex project.
The only crash log/.dmp I have is the Cubase 13 one - attached.
Seems like a Cubase issue to me, but maybe KK is using a location it's not supposed to, C12 didn't and C13 did. (I'm well out of touch with all that stuff nowadays !)
NB: a) If no KK, then no crash.
b) Changed to .dmp file to .txt to allow it to be sent
Thanks for investigating this, and happy to send more info if needed.

Occasional crashes:
3rd Party Keyboard; happens with no keyboard connected
MainGear Laptop; i7-11800H; 32 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 8GB
Windows 10 Pro
Cubase 13.0.21
Komplete Kontrol 3 and Kontakt 7
--------------------------------
Update:
Today updated to Komplete Kontrol 3.1.1 and Kontakt 7.8
Seems just a wee bit more stable. But still had better performance with Kontakt 6 on Cubase 12

Same here! I have Windows 11, , Cubase 13.0.21 (fixes Windows graphic issues) and a huge film scoring template full of KK plugins deactivated till I need them. When I activate a instrument that is setup in KK/K7, it crashes.
NVidia Gforce GTX 1080, 64gig, i7 processor

Adding to the mystery, running on my older Lenovo P52s with a different NVIDIA setup:
Intel i7-8850U CPU @ 1.80GHz
Memory 32Gb
Graphics Intel UHD Graphics 620
NVIDIA Quadro P500
Both C12 and C13 setup to use NVIDIA (see attached doco)
In summary:
Same project works on both C12 12.0.7 and C13 13.0.21 (and latest KK) using NVIDIA Quadro P500, both use the NVIDIA, but C12 uses more NVIDIA than C13 uses (on the same first section of the project). No crashes.
(NB: Older laptop struggles with more resource-hungry projects)

Same problem here, tried updating, rolling back, clearing cache, reloading, etc. etc. etc. Still crashes Neundo and loads to slow in Ableton to use in my live performances. I will keep following this thread hoping for a fix but, the product is too unstable for me to use. All my other products are working great (Spitfire, etc.)0

@Jack Butcher did you install KK 3.1.2?
